The Onsen is wonderful. You can book your private onsen free of charge for 45 minutes. We booked 1 in the evening then another one the following morning. It is clean and spacious. No wonder it is one of the top 3 Onsen in Arima. It is quite expensive but it is worth the money. They have free flowing coffee juice and ice popsicle

I loved our room. Our hot bath was amazing and consistently stayed hot throughout the stay. Our room was very spacious. They provided us with all the necessities, yukatas to wear during dinner and pajamas. The massage chair in the room was a plus. I loved the location! If you just walk to the left of the hotel, you will reach a stairwell that leads directly to the arima onsen town area! Easy to walk around town. The staff were excellent and spoke English very well. It was easy to communicate with them.

We stayed at the room with a private hot spring bath. The room is comfortable and complimentary drinks (wine, beer and juice, various types of drinks) and snakes are provided. The meals were served in the room. Also the location is good, a walking distance to the arima onsen triangle station. And the free shuttle is provided to bus or train stations all the time if you don’t want to walk. I will come back.

Traditional ryokan with small onsen as part of the hotel. They are private onsen, so you can go there as a couple / family. Definitely recommend to book the dinner even if it seems bit expensive. It is worth it! Best experience we had in Japan.

The shared onsen and bath is beautiful (much nicer than the private onsen). The view over the trees and the windows that slide open were superb, and made our stay because we could enjoy the rain from inside the room. It was good to experience a Ryokan and traditional Kaiseki dinner in our room. Arima Onsen is a lovely village to walk through and try the different foods. The foot bath in the main street was a highlight, even though it was almost too hot at 42 degrees!

Gorgeous ryokan with good onsens. It was my first traditional Japanese hotel and onsen, so I was very impressed by hospitality, kaiseki dinner, the view, the room with tatami, yukata and hot springs. Totally recommend it!
