What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

The hotel is beautiful. The Onsens are nice. The rooms are traditional Japanese (some with western beds). The staff is friendly.

WE Toya went above and beyond in terms of service. They catered for pretty much every need we had (organising taxis, their shuttle service to Rusutsu and their willingness to adapt their Omakase to our dietary requirements). They were always friendly and courteous—and the reception staff spoke English very well. The hotel itself is perched up on a hill and rooms (and the onsen facilities) have an amazing view. The rooms are clean and spacious and the facilities are excellent.

Pretty nice hotel with kind and English speaking staff. The shuttle bus from and to the station is really convenient. I liked the onsen.
