This was the most beautiful stay of our whole trip. The rooms are freshly renovated and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very kind and attentive. Highly recommend for any travelers to Lake Toya.

I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread.

Almost everything and especially the outdoor Onsen with colourful baths and amazing views while bathing. Dinner was very good as well. Tatami in the room was beautiful.
