Staff was very kind to explain to us about breakfast, dinner time and facilities in the resort. He also brought us to our room at 4th floor. Onsen was superb, and as stated, the hot spring water is really different from other parts of Japan. It's silky smooth. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and the staff will explain to us the content and answered our queries too.
