Super friendly and helpful staff, fast/cheap laundry service, large and very comfortable room. Everything very clean. Great central location but nice and quiet as set back off the street. Excellent value for money. Would stay again for a short stay

We arrived in Bogotá on a Friday night, the airport was chaotic and transit was crazy. Fortunately, there was people from the hotel waiting in the airport exit to assist and organize the free shuttle. The hotel itself is great. Our room was Big, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. The Quality/price ratio is excellent

Johanna was super friendly and helpful, the appartment was very clean and has everything you need, exceeding our expectations with 2 TV's with cable and Netflix etc, a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 supermarkets around the corner. Would very much recommend!

The place was very clean and comfortable. There was Netflix, good wifi & an in room safe. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I also loved the location - Chapinero Alto. Very trendy & safe area with lots of good cafes, restaurants etc... in the middle of all the action....

The property is very clean and Good value for Money, the were extra kind and got a coat for my baby and I really appreciate the effort to follow my request to accommodate our baby

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Located close to the airport and has a free shuttle going every 30mins.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower had hot water with good water pressure. The lady at the reception was no-nonsense and professional. The internet functioned well and the cable tv provided entertainment. The neighbourhood is lovely with a good variety of great cafes and restaurants.

Very clean and very close to the airport. Since the area is safe, you may walk to the terminal. It took us 25 minutes.

The hotel staff were superb, helpful, friendly and the reception staff spoke English, which was super useful. The hotel was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing , varied and plentiful. Even though our flight was badly delayed, the driver, who we booked through the hotel, was waiting for us. A wonderful start to our trip to Colombia.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was and additional advantage - the food was simple (eggs, bread, coffee) yet tasty. The location of the hotel is conveniently connected with the airport, yet it's not very close to the city centre. There are various shops and restaurants in the close neighbourhood which is safe and clean (and this is extremely important in Bogota). Also, as our flight was in the late evening, we could leave our luggage in the hotel lobby.
