Comfortable beds and very clean.

Everything was very clean. The room was quiet. The staff were helpful. The communial kitchen was useful as was the laundry facilities.

Great apartment. Very clean and modern with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to Metro station and 3 supermarkets within walking distance together with a number of restaurants.

We had a great stay at CitizenM. The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived until we left, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the iPad was fun to use to control the blinds/lights/air con although there were normal switches too if you didn’t want to use the iPad. Powerful shower and all very clean. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t review this but there was plenty on offer. Would use this hotel again!

Lovely modern place, very clean and all staff very helpful

Despite some of the other reviews, we really enjoyed this hostel. It was extremely Kid friendly and at check in my children were given a little goodie bag. Pretty cool. The bedrooms were very clean and it had a great shower. The location is only a 10 min metro ride to the city so it isn’t far at all. Breakfast was pretty decent :) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, large room

This property is at amazing location, just next to the Stroget street. The outside area is very neat and looks nice, although the apartments are in historical building. We felt really safe during our stay. Check in and check out are online, and went without any problems. Reception is online and for us it functioned very well. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was very good. Room was tiny (see below) but also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the no-nonsense approach to multimedia (just easily chromecast from your own device, no local channels that nobody watches anyway)
