Everything. The hospitality was everywhere on every step from the first day, from the check in till check out. Complimentary water in room, everything you need for comfort, the towels on the beach and near the pools, complimentary ice cream. Every thing was perfect - the perfume in the hotel, the body wash and the creams, even the sun and after sun lotions.

The place is in such a peaceful spot. I loved the comfort and the cleanliness of the bed and studio we had stayed in. Staff is brilliant, super nice and friendly. Food in the restaurant is great, they offer so much options on their menu and food is pretty much great. I liked the most that staff actually reminded us to have a dinner and all the meals we paid for. That was so thoughtful. Everything we asked for came to our room within minutes.

Room: I was given free upgrade with Pool and Sea View. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Pool: Infinity Poll with big area and not congested at all. Lay out of the pool gives privacy as well. Breakfast: Though breakfast was not included in the booking, price charged was comparatively low and my daughter was not charged as well (age 10). There was wide variety of options for the breakfast and staffs were very polite.

I don't want this hotel to be overcrowded so I try to be moderate in the review :-) Staff is amazing from check in to check out, in the pool restaurants and bars. It's pleasure how they manage the hotel. This compensate the fact that the hotel need a major renovation. Having said that imagine a long wonderful beach, clear water, a wonderful swimming pool, bar on the beach and very good quality food. Add to this a wonderful management always available. Definetely this is the better option in Ajman.
