The desk staff Rudi and Roze were exceptionally helpful. They were so kind and were able to speak English. We asked them about roads and route and general information. We asked that the room be warm when we arrived and Rudi took care of that. I loved the fresh cyclamen on all of the balconies. Perfect location close to the center of town.

This is family run and you can see the love and care they put. It was a wonderful experience. The young man is such a genuinely kind and polite person. The house is located near the center, just about 5min walking. The family didn't speak much English, but they were very nice and we were able to communicate anyways. The room was exactly as the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

Waking up to the picturesque sights of Berat is a scene taken out from a romantic movie. It was one of the highlights of my trip! The rooms are elegantly designed, super clean, and very well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. When all this elegance is wrapped in a century old authentic and beautiful building, there's no place for doubt - this is the place you must stay in during your visit to Berat. Gregory, the owner, has clearly poured his heart into creating a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. His passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect, from the beautifully decorated common areas to the delicious breakfast offerings.
