Owners were away and their son dealt with me. He was very helpful and polite. Nice kitchen and other facilities in a beautiful and peaceful location that was easy to find. The village with a couple of food shops is a short walk away. This would be a wonderful base for hiking or just to relax for a few days, especially with a family.

We absolutely loved our stay — everything was great from start to finish. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was both tasty and diverse. The cabin was cozy, perfectly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: slippers, warm blankets, hygiene kits — we felt very comfortable. The architecture of the cabins is beautiful and well-designed, and the view from the panoramic windows was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed being able to walk down to the river — it’s such a peaceful and scenic spot. There are also walking routes nearby, and some places of interest are within walking distance. The location is very convenient for exploring the region by car. We easily reached Noravank Monastery, Areni Cave, some lovely local wineries, Lake Sevan, and even Yerevan. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — we felt genuinely taken care of. This place is perfect both for a short relaxing getaway and for a longer trip exploring the Vayots Dzor region. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through southern Armenia.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Edgar genuinely cared about making sure we had the best stay possible, and he absolutely succeeded! A special thank you to his father, who went out of his way to help us find a medieval bridge we had been looking for earlier in the day. He even offered to show us around Yeghegis the following day, despite having work commitments. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!
