Upon checking in at this lovely hotel, we were immediately struck by the pristine cleanliness of the rooms and the overall cozy atmosphere. We loved our stay at Iris B&B and it was probably the best we stayed at in Armenia! The location is amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Irina and Marina are such lovely ladies, so hospitable. We were offered coffee upon arrival, Irena had nice suggestions about what to see around the area and Marina helped me while I was preparing dinner and gave me advice on how to make asparagus in the best way possible :)) The breakfast was amazing, the cheeses that Irena prepares herself are the best we tasted on our trip, very yummy homemade jams and pancakes. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Irina and Marina!

Thanks Marina and all the best for you! You cared for me as a mother, cooking amazing breakfasts with something different everyday. The food was tasty and plentiful so I did not need to eat anything until evening.The location of the house was perfect for hiking and enjoying the stunning views of the canyon along the Debet River as well as visiting the monasteries of Sanahin, Haghpat and Akhtala. All the house was really clean and spotless including the bathroom. Unbeatable value for money!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel nestled on a quiet wooded hillside above the town. It's all pretty new and decorated thoughtfully and with high quality products. We loved the green forest outside of our window and the owner is lovely too. He was friendly, attentive, and prepared a fabulous spread for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!
