In about 3 minutes by car you can find small but well provided shops, restaurants, while in 10 minutes you can reach parking lots where you can trek to glossglockner or to other high peaks around over 3000 mt. Everywhere very clean. Covered parking. The possibility of ordering baked goods with delivery directly to the house. Beautiful sauna. Keys can be left in the security box at the entrance. The apartment itself is very comfortable, there is a very nice ski room, the bakery service (fresh bread and rolls very morning) is provided, the ski bus stops next to the house and there is plenty of parking space available.
