Quite possibly the most magical place we have ever stayed! The views are simply magnificent. We had planned on going out exploring, however, we set ourselves up on the veranda with a bottle or two of wine and didn't move. The farm animals were just beautiful, as were the plentiful rabbits. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and provided all the facilities you would possibly need.

We had 4 nights here and it was perfect. Beautiful location so close to many small towns and beautiful scenery. The gardens were gorgeous and it was lovely sitting under the oak tree in the afternoon watching the plovers and admiring the mountains in the distance. Also loved Chicken the cat and Chops the dog.

It is an absolute charming property in a lovely town. Comfortable bed. The bread and breakfast material was ample and a little different with peaches and cream.

The rooms, host and extensive, beautiful and artfully decorated property and grounds were amazing! We especially liked that we were free to use the common rooms and facilities and to help ourselves to drinks and snacks - making it feel like it was our manor for a day! The room upgrade so that our rooms could be close together was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. Had a nice time chatting with the host as well. Even the history and heritage of the building were interesting - read about the property itself and its artworks in books scattered throughout the property. =)

We received the best hospitality from these super hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the welcome brownies baked specially for us including the simple breakfast. The rooms and hall were so spacious. what impressed us is the bathroom was super large and comfortable. we enjoyed the back to nature feel of this apartment. Beautifully preserved cottage that is a short drive away from Deloraine, which is a great place to use as a base for North Tasmania. Free range chicken, ducks and eggs were a pleasant surprise - the kids absolutely loved feeding them.

Property had a lovely guest sitting room which had tv, fridge, microwave, and water kettle. Good place to chill or have dinner. The room was simple yet adequate, bathroom was clean, hot water worked fine, heaters in room and bathroom worked, handsoap had nice fragrance. Deloraine is a beautiful quiet town
