The lady who checked me in was lovely and informative. The room was very comfortable, room to spare, and everything we could want or need. The parking lot was free and had tons of space. I went down later for a blow dryer and later still for snacks. Every staff member was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to meet.

I never stayed at property I slept in my pick up in a church parking lot as I was informed the the hotel lost power had now water an was not allowed to stay at property would like a refund

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were close to the cruise dock and a short walk to the downtown area. Free parking was nice as well. It was a very comfy 2 nights.

The location and service is very good, building is quite new compared with other hotels in Tobermory, they have 2 parking lots which are close to each other, in a word, highly recommended place to stay with in Tobermory !
