Very welcoming host, who also runs a good restaurant on the property. Compared to other accommodations in Lugano reasonably priced. Free parking on site. Also, we were given a Ticino-ticket by the host which gives you free public transport and a discount on the funiculaire. We only had one night at the place but we had a nice drinks outside in the evening, breakfast with the view (amazing options, including some prosecco) and chilled at the pool for half a day. They have a secured parking nearby (you can unload the car at the hotel and then take the car, 3 min walk).
