The staff members are all exceptional, in particular Jonny’s, elieser and Lydia. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with simple but nice furnishings. The wooden flooring and the high roof, gives the bungalow a very stylish outlook.

The hotel is e everything you need after visiting Tayrona. Location is perfect!!! Food is good and not expensive, couldn’t recommend it more. Also they were super nice and stored our luggage the day before while we slept in the park. The best stay!

A paradise-like location, beautiful surroundings, facilities, and people. All the food was home cooked, fresh, and super tasteful, and with many vegetarian options — not always a given in Colombia. For full relaxation mode, highly recommend that you book a massage. And the best part of all: the people at Hotel Isabella: Always kind, always available to help, always smiling. 12/10 service and idem experience.

We arrived late afternoon which meant our room was ready straight away. The hotel were helpful in advance letting us of the park entrance ticket booth closing time which meant we arrived before closing time (5pm). The hotel is beautiful, the views are fantastic and the sky was clear both nights we were there which meant we could stargaze from our terrace. It was super quiet and peaceful. Right by one of the main entrances to the park, easy to find and very easy to start our hike into the park early in the morning. They have a pingpong table and board games in the dining room which were fun to play in the evenings too. We will be back!

The staff members who checked me in and showed me my room were super friendly & welcoming. The room was very very clean & spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean & inviting. Excellent location only a few minutes walk to El Zaino entrance. They're happy to store your luggage while you're in the National Park.

We had a wonderful time. The owner and the staff were extremly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The place was beautiful with a good size pool, kitchen to use and it was right by the river. We spended a lot of time sitting in the river or walking in the river up and down.

Everything! An amazing hide-away, so glad we found it! We extended our stay as we didn't want to leave. Laurence & Bruno are wonderful hosts - welcoming & helpful. All the staff are great - smiley & happy. Great vibe amongst all the team. Food is yum - lots of great options. Best breakfast in Colombia! Great music playing in the restuarant every night! Lots of hammocks & sunbeds to chill out. Great walking, hiking & running trails all around the hotel. The best bit is the river crossing on arrival - adds to the whole adventure. Loved it! Book it!
