The manager and staff were incredible friendly and helpful in answering questions and in arranging activities. I have never experienced this level of service with a smile before. It was truly exceptional service. They made you feel like you were their best friend.The manager who's name is (Carolina or Karolina) has the most magnetic personality and smile. The hotel common areas are clean, modern and nicely decorated. Another plus was they have their own 2 story parking garage and free parking. I loved this. If and when I go back to Jericho I will definitely stay there again. My stay there was my best experience with a hotel since I can remember.

A beautiful place in the heart of charming and pure Jardín. The rooms are nice and large, having great beds and showers. Most noteworthy is, however, the great staff. Super friendly and helpful. And a special mention for the hot tub in the garden. Perfect relaxation after an active day

Amazing stay with the friendliest host. The hotel (finca) is located in the mountainous area outside of Jardin town, secluded and quiet. The hotel offers the most beautiful views from the patio. This is also where the (included) breakfast is served: breakfast with an amazing view. The gardens around the hotel are lush, green and well kept. The room was wonderful, great matrasses, and crispy clean linens and towels. The hotel is a fairly short distance from Jardin town, but it's up a steep and pitted road, so the drive up in a tuktuk takes about 25 minutes and costs 25.000 pesos (fixed price). We kept that in mind and combined our activities to only travel up and down twice a day. The host is very helpful and advises both in person about trips, outings, how to get to the hotel etc. as well as sends you info beforehand. And his wife even took us into town one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would absolutely stay again. The
