It was a clean fresh hotel room, comfortable big bed. Pretty big room and staff was friendly, we had late dinner in the hotel which was really good, starbucks coffees available so big plus. We could check out late which was appreciated because of a later flight. Comfortable airport shuttle bus.

Staff were great - they looked after my jacket for 1 week after I checked out and left it in the wardrobe in my room until I could collect it on my way back to the airport. Thanks! Also have a great shuttle service to/from the airport.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were great, traditional, Germany fare. There were tasteful Christmas decorations and the rooms looked like new which was due to impeccable cleaning. Very convenient to Munich airport but with a small village feel. We would stay there again.
