Guys ! Never ever think to come to this hotel, its not 5 star hotel, its 10 STARS! ⭐️. Dont come because you will feel bad when you leave it. (İ swear 42 times in sharm and first time i feel more than home) İ dont know from where to begin describing everything! I came 4 am , the guy in Reception muhamed Ghali asked for suhor for me , and he made for me super early checkin. Was so nice from him , and he took care about us each minute. Muhamed sulieman as well the other reception guy, with all his team. Anastezia (the lady in reception) she took care about us to have a wonderful stay! Please hotel! Take care about this guy in restaurant! Hasan ibrahim such a pure heart guy who try his best to make your breakfast, lunch, dinner service as home. The pasta guy (muhamed Abdullah) never eat such a nice pasta even in Italy! Samer mustafa the guy who responsible in restaurant he was so nice and trying the best to make us happy with the food that hotel provide. Cleanliness is so good! Room service was perfect! Delicious food everyday with different dishes. Sea is so nice. Room big. I have to write more and more about each one But next stay i will do. I will come back soon! And always!

The hotel has 3 enormous pools that are extremely clean. Each pool has a restaurant right next to it so you can always jump out of the water and have a snack or a drink. One of the restaurants even serves Hooka / Shisha. The Hotel has daily activities for kids, and have a Kids club that opens at 11 am. Our kids stayed with us until 8:30 pm everyday when we took them to the kids show in the theater to 9:30, then they would head over to the kids club till 10:30pm when we picked them up again. The hotel also organizes daily dances and music at the pools and on the beach. The hotel is not wild or loud in terms of music, it's very relaxing with amazing and hospitable staff that go above and beyond to make sure your stay there is as enjoyable as possible. The variety of food in the open buffet is incredible. It's really hard not to find a certain cuisine that you want to eat on any day, and the chefs would even make you the dish you want if you run out of options

everything about it… we loved the all inclusive package. we did not have to worry about dining since we had buffet from breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks during mid day. every staff were friendly… from Abdalla who welcomed us warmly at the reception to Reda who took care of us at bldg 11. they had all the facilities to complete our stay and location was perfect… less than 5 mins to old egypt market and Farsha. we had an excellent stay… we do for sure recommend.

Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The crew is amazing.. Mr. Yosef Essam did a extremely good job taking care about our room and give us the support we needed. The bartender Mohamed Knawy is the best.. the wonderful drinks and the very professional ability I never seen! Number one! The structure is very good.. everything works pretty much well. Lots of activities and food options.
