Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for a family, in a very peaceful setting. I am so glad I found this property as originally we were going to stay in San Sebastian. However this was much better for our dogs, and providing dog bowls was very thoughtful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and very clean. I couldn't find a kettle but we boiled water for our tea! Views from the balcony were stunning and watching and hearing the cows parade down the hill was a bonus. The access road is quite narrow, so we were a bit anxious driving up to the property, but fortunately the parking is more than adequate for a minivan, and once we had driven up the road a few times, it was fine! The host Inigo is very helpful, and quick to answer questions. This was especially useful as we couldn't get WiFi on the drive down, so couldn't access/download all the information when needed. However Inigo patiently sent it again. Thank you 😆!

Hostel Betelu is a gem in the Basque Country. Great location as it’s close to Pamplona (bull run), Tolosa, and San Sebastián. The hostel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are clean, quite and comfortable with a bathroom and shower in each room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor was excellent with great food ! I stayed here 4 nights for the running of the bulls. I’ve stayed here in the past and will be back again. It was also fun meeting some of the people in the village. I strongly recommend hostel betelu! Thanks for a great stay Hostel Betelu ❤️❤️❤️

Staying at the Bide Bide was one of the very best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I've travelled a great deal, going back to the 1970s. From the warm welcome, to the helpful advice on the town, to the very comfortable room, the delightful art (including the fantastic puppets!), and the very friendly bar/restaurant with great breakfasts/lunches, I could not wish for better. I practically never write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! 🙌🏻 It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—starting with the journey to the hotel. A tiny serpentine road winds into the mountains, passing through a beautiful forest straight out of a fairytale. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious, the food excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly romantic—calm and quiet. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that breakfast was served in the room—no need to rush in the morning. Just wake up and enjoy the moment with your partner. We stayed for two nights but wished we had booked a bit longer. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, even after we checked out. They managed to secure a reservation for us at a three-star Michelin restaurant—something we thought was impossible!
