Great reception, where also the owner is in charge on a daily basis! Perfect view from our private balcony on the Black Sea from 40th floor! Hotel is on the 40th floor, super nice view and the whole concept. Kitchen area is very nice and staff was very helpful. Area where Orbi is located is nice just there are many constructions around, but in general is near the beach and pretty close to city center. Breakfast was super good and restaurant has a great view. We stayed for three nights.

Obviously, the view is stunning :) In fact, it turned out to be even better that I'd expected. But on top of that, the communication with the host was great, the check-in/out process went smoothly, the bed and the bathroom were really comfortable... I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!
