We were positively surprised to find a kettle and a fridge in our room (that was not mentioned in the description). The room was very clean, and the picture hanging there was much better than the usual generic hotel art. The town of Khashuri is perfect for trainspotters.

Had a great stay with our family. Staff were very friendly, spoke good English and couldn’t do enough to help us with our questions and requests. Borjomi is a beautiful town to walk around and explore we can’t wait to come back.

What a pearl with wonderful hosts! Very stylish and convenient rooms, absolutely comfortable beds, top class relax. And Georgian hospitality at its top level. Wine tasting, cognac tasting, karaoke, dancing. Would stay for longer if my trip was not planned earlier.

Spacious room, comfortable bed , clean , modern bathroom and indeed the most important - few steps (really just a few, not even 100 metres) from top lux hotel Borjomi Palace with natural springs and all medical treatments. So it's just 1 min away from the Pilifonia doorstep. - superb breakfast really fantastic!! Very friendly host. Caring attentive and offered free room upgrade Without any doubt it is and it would be my favourite accommodation in Borjomi for next time

The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. It has a lovely garden. Mrs. Liana, who doesn't speak English but is a perfect translator, welcomed us with two cups of Turkish coffee and coconut sweets. Extremely helpful, she provided us with all kinds of information and assistance. Highly recommended.
