Friendly and welcoming staff made us feel home and very comfortable. Especially Nini who hosted us was so sweet and professional. She played with my children while I was on wine tour and they truly enjoyed her company. Winery tour was awesome thanks to Giorgi, the wonderful sommelier with so much love towards wines of Giuaani. Foods at restaurants was traditional Georgian cuisine with some modern twists and tasted amazing. Swimming pool was very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful garden to have a short pleasant walk, and also it offers some programs to experience Georgian food cooking. The place offers complete package of Georgian cultures and charms, and the top charm is truly a friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!

I loved the location half way between Tbilisi and Signagi. The Chateu is beutiful and perfevtly maintain. A home atmosphere , not like the big comercial places around Telavi. Mark the host and his parants were very welcoming. We had dinner, made by Marks mom and breakfest freshly made. The full georgian expiriance.

We liked everything, the room was nice and we could use the kitchen which is fully equipped. The location of the hotel is great only a 5min walk from the big market. The view is amazing and the best is the family that runs the hotel. They were so nice, they offered us georgian food and even took us on tours, they know the kacheti region very well and can show you some insiders around town. It was the best hotel on our trip and I would definitely recommend to go there. Thank you very much Nanuka and Zurab and all the best.
