Everything was just perfect- The rolling, lush hills filled our hearts with warmth and the spine chiling weather was the cherry on the top. The kitchenette, the views from the windows, the cottage design and amenities were just beyond beautiful and heavenly. This was the most memorable stays of my life. Everything was amazing! From making the booking to leaving today! Cottage was incredible as well as the hot tub and sauna. The staff are incredible and nothing was too much! All amenities are provided, small supermarket is around 15-20 min walk with some lovely restaurants. There is also a restaurant partnered with the cottages who can arrange for food delivery - super helpful on the cold nights! Was a lovely few days away, highly recommend this stay- we would love to come back during spring / summer to explore more!

Property has fantastic views of the mountains.House is lactated perfectly that you have beautiful nature views from the living room, bedroom and the outside terrace.Cottage provides excellent amenities and every detail is well thought of.Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more from dishes and wine glasses, cookware, and even a waffle maker.We were pleasantly surprised by finding binoculars that we gladly used to observe every detail on the landscape.It was magic to wake up in the morning and see the breathtaking Kazbek right from the bed.Everything in the house is modern, very cozy and well maintained.

A perfect little spot ! It was cozy and everything was comfortable. The view over the village was amazing. Definitely come here for the peace and quietness. Just a heads up: it only has a microwave and kettle. So stock up on groceries that don’t require cooking, but there is also a cafe right across.

    The place is located a few min walk from the center with on street parking. It has a big living room and nice bedroom but the bed is not very comfortable. Overall good value for money but I wouldn't come back, because I prefer to feel the vibe of Georgia rather than modern apartments.

    It is almost in the centre of town in a quiet area with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. We could walk to shops and restaurants. There is a huge balcony. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy and we couldn't utilise it. There is off-street parking. A perfect place to stay for a few days to explore the area.
