My stay at Satu Hati Hotel was absolutely perfect. Gavin welcomed me like a friend, making me feel completely at home. The warm atmosphere convinced me to extend my stay. Nan, his family and staff were amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. Nan was very helpfull and gave us all the information about the surf spots and could organise a boat for us when we needed. The Homestay is nicely organised with a sea view deck where you can always find an area with shade. Nice garden also with various fruits to eat! Close to the beaches around to go surf or swim. Also board rental available on site. Room was basic but big and comfortable - everything you need and a comfy bed! Restaurant on site was very good and cheap. Ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to come back again!!

I loved everything. Personnel- just amazing, extremely friendly personnel and available 24hrs. Especially I would like to thank Saka. He was very helpful. He contacted me before I traveled, explained what I need and provided his support before I arrived to hotel and during my entire stay. I would also like to thank Matthew (Manager). His support was priceless. He also took us to the Turtle Beach- which is one of the best place in Lombok. We liked Lombok. a lot and I wish I could stay there longer. I would like also to mention that their food are high quality food and organic-the room also has a kitchen outside- if you want you can also use their open space kitchen which is located outside while watching a sunset- amazing experience.

I definitely recommend Lobster Bay! The view is breathtaking. I stayed in a one bedroom villa. Most comfortable bed ever. Love the sheets, how clean everything is. Breakfast is super good. Thank you so much for the late luxury check out which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the villa. Andrew thank you for everything hope to see you again soon !

    Nice safe courtyard for parking my motorcycle, room has great air-conditioning, very nice friendly people, pool table (the owner is very good at pool!) Food was good! Gotta get breakfast banana pancakes!
