I had an absolutely amazing stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata! Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming staff to the excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially loved the sweets at the bar; they were simply irresistible! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast is consistently excellent. Facilities are of a good standard. Rooms are nice, well laid-out and always clean enough. Staff are at worst helpful and at best very helpful. Laundry is a bit of a pain, but that's probably partially my fault: I gave it to them too late and assumed that it would come to my room (if you do laundry there, it might be at reception). Overall, a hidden gem in Jakarta Selatan that I've been to twice, and hasn't been bad either time.
