We absolutely loved our stay at Stella Maris Shore House. Every room offers stunning ocean views - so close you can hear the waves day and night. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially enjoyed in the glass-covered patio, which makes even stormy days feel cosy and special. But the real magic here is the people. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with locals and travellers alike enjoying this little place of paradise. And then there’s Rolf - the owner and heart of the place - whose kindness, humour, and dedication make you feel less like a guest and more like an “old” friend. We’ll be back the first chance we get. A booking error on my part was quickly resolved by Seamus with absolutely no fuss. The instructions for getting in were clear, communication was quickly responded to, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the setting was gorgeous. We also got good local tourism tips from Seamus. Will definitely come again!

Staff especially Monica who helped me when attempting to cancel reservation at Maldron Hotel South Cork City. I tried hard to do it through Booking, Com. to no avail! The food was excellent, Pub was nice and the service staff were wonderful and location views were beautiful.

Very clean and comfortable AND right in the middle of four outstanding golf courses. The clothes washer is a very big “plus”. Beds were very comfortable and our group of 5 had all the room we wanted

We had an amazing stay! The location is truly perfect, right along the Wild Atlantic Way, with breathtaking views that you’ll never forget. A great spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the area. As I was travelling for work, I really rely on good Internet & ceol na mara was honestly thr best location I have experienced for this. The breakfast was lovely. The beds were so comfortable. Was able to get up and be in the sea within a few 100 meters. Will definitely be returning as I know I will have more work in the area. Fantastic value for money and youbsre right in the centre of the craic if you are travelling for a little get away. You are without nothing
