    The location was good, plenty of secure off street parking. Phil was very welcoming and informative of the local eateries. We had a good nights rest in our very comfortable room and in the morning an excellent breakfast

    Was playing golf in Bunclody. Accommodation was very close to the golf course. Plenty of free parking at the rear. I had a downstairs twin room at the back of the house so I didn’t hear any traffic or noise which is important as I am a light sleeper. Had the full Irish breakfast which was lovely. Our host Phil was very friendly.

    Kind and amazing host. Beautifully maintained period property. Bright and spacious room. Great breakfast and free parking on site. Good central location in the midst of all amenities and within an hour from many wonderful tourist attractions in all direction.

    Phil was a wonderful host. We requested an early check-in and she was very accommodating to arrange this for us. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The b&b also provided onsite parking which is always a bonus when you’re not familiar with the parking in a new town.

    Really nice room, very quiet, comfortable and clean it has everything you need .Free parking outside . Would highly reccomend this place . Will definetly stay here again.
