The rooms were kept neat and tidy and spacious good enough for 6 of us including a child bathrooms were hygienic and well maintained with 24 hours water availability. The home stay is spacious with three bed rooms a couple of them air conditioned and one of them not with A/C . Kitchen was well equipped but for a gas stove or electric stove and will be available soon as per the host . The home stay will be more efficient if equipped with an RO water purifier. The host and their family were very friendly and caring and were supportive .

We had great time staying at the mundro garden homestay, deepa and her husband are wonderful hosts. They help us with arranging boating and touring of the island. Deepa cooking is very tasty, we also had a cooking lesson and it was a nice experience, we hope will be able to come again .

Green Chromide is just amazing!! The location on the river side, the wooden chalet, the food are excellent. Sunaina and her family are so genuine, authentic and welcoming. They have made my stay very memorable. Munroe Island and Green Chromide have touched me deeply. We loved everything about this property. Vishnu has created the most perfect space for ultimate relaxation on the beautiful canals of Munroe Island. Vishnu, his wonderful wife Pooni and their two children were incredible to us during our stay, helping us with anything we needed and showing us their island home. Pooni also is an amazing cook, providing wonderful local South Indian foods. Vishnu also took us on a sunset canal tour for multiple hours which was absolutely fantastic, with Vishnu explaining the history and traditions on the Island as we went along. Two bikes are also provided for us to ride around the Island at our own pace exploring everywhere. Overall we loved our stay, and would recommend to anyone who would like to wind down from their busy travels and relax for a few nights. With great wifi speeds, there is also the option of extending your stay and settling down with Vishnu and his family for a few months.
