We had an absolutely lovely two-night stay at this charming accommodation in Iceland. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was - clearly a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. Our host Veronique was simply delightful and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really enhanced our overall experience. The space itself was cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We were pleased to find that the accommodation was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay at this unique dome house. The place is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, with adorable horses nearby that made the atmosphere even more special. The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

The property is really beautiful - the decor is tasteful,warm and friendly. It has a hot tub and a cold plunge and a huge kitchen. There is a garden/conservatory linking the kitchen to the house which is simply wonderful filled with amazing plants with lots of seating. It is nothing like anywhere else we have stayed and stands out from the rest of the accommodation available in Iceland.

Peacefully situated by Lake Villingarholt, Vatnsholt Bed & Breakfast is 16 km from Selfoss town centre. Impressive mountain views are featured.

The Igloo was very cozy and warm. Perfect to rest after a long day, the surrounding is very quiet and you can see perfectly the sky from the bed. The bathrooms (no shower but we knew it! So no problem at all) where very clean and with lots of amenities like towels, and even tampons for the girls. In the little kitchenette you can find a kettle and a microwave and thermos and cups at your disposal, perfect to bring them with you in the igloo! The igloo are 2 min walking from the bathroom and main structure, was a nice walk in the evening and with rain we took the car so perfect in any case! The owner was very nice and helpful with everything:))
