    The place is very close to the airport (around 5 minutes by car), but it is also not in the landing zone, so you don't hear the planes. The owner of the accommodation is very helpful and pleasant. She prepared the hot bath for us, that is situated outside. There was nice weather, but very windy. You can prepare your own food there or store the food in the fridge if you need. The bedrooms were quite small, but enough for a rest. There was a nice dining room combined with the living room. The parking place was just in front of the door.

    Warm, comfortable and quiet, plenty of room to repack cases for the flight home after 11 days on the ring road, excellent bathroom in the main block, easy self check in/out, parking and less than a 10 minute drive to the airport (much appreciated at 4.45am!).

    Lovely quiet and cosy 2 b/rm cottage with parking and an awesome private hot tub, near the beach and golf course on the Reykjanes Peninsular. We stayed here the night before flying out from the Keflavik Airport 20 mins. away. Had a delicious dinner nearby at El Faro restaurant at the Lighthouse Inn. Great little spot!

    The host was exceptional - she met us to give us the keys and was available if we needed anything. The hot tub was always hot and ready even though it was windy and snowing (with adjustable temperature), and the room was extremely close to the airport and also convenient for exploring the Reykjanes Peninsula. There were food staples conveniently available in the kitchen and everything we needed for cooking. There was even a towel warmer in the bathroom! There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway.

    Absolutely wonderful place, we loved this place so much. So spacious and clean. Lovely kitchen with loads of facilities there. Wonderful hot tub outside, lovely warm comfortable beds. Easy parking outside. Owner came to see us and was so lovely and told us if we wanted to be contacted in the night if she saw the northern lights she'd call us. Wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely return. Would highly recommend.

    We would like to highlight the easy contactless check-in, even in late hours. Our rooms were clean, with nice and modern equipment. Common areas consisted of clean and comfortable bathrooms (just the walk to the bathrooms is a bit harsh :)) ) and a nice kitchen area, which we, unfortunately, did not manage to use. Free parking in front of the area was also nice. Good location (8 minutes by car to the Keflavik airport) but too close to an urbanized area (we hoped for a bit more secluded place). Everything was nice, clean, modern and tidy.
