I had a great stay overall! The apartment was clean and cozy, making for a comfortable visit. I appreciated that it was warm during my stay, which added to the comfort. The hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

Amazing stay near Lake Como. The location is excellently renovated keeping the Italian cottage style that gives it this unmistakable charm. The rooms are very large and spacious, furnished with taste and with all the comfort you need. Located close to Como, Bellagio or Milan, it offers a perfect stay for both a relaxing holiday or comfortable business trip. What exceeded my expectations was the availability and kindness of the owners Chiara and Sergio who did everything possible and even more to make my stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. The place is very quiet away from the noise of the traffic, with a beautiful garden and a dreamy pool overlooking the mountains. I highly recommend this wonderful place. Thank you

The breakfast was incredible and general feel of the property was like a spa. Cristina is the most welcoming host I've ever experienced across all my life travels. I can't recommend this place enough. Out of our 9 days in Italy & staying at 5 different locations, this was our favourite.

    Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

    Very spacious rooms. Typical old style character Italian apartment building decor etc. Really lovely hosts - very kind, helpful and welcoming. Secure gated parking for our car. We particularly loved the company of Zoey the Labrador who joined us for breakfast outside as we left our lab at home 😊

    The host is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable with a modern bathroom and access to the garden. During the summer, guests can use the pool and there is lots of space to relax outside, parking is also plenty. And then there is the benefit of a delicious breakfast.
