I was late but the host wait me and welcome me with a smile. Apartament was prepared in perfect way. Next day breakfast was delicious. A lot of options to compose the breakfast. And the excellent cappuccino .... I will it remember, rememeber and rememeber ...... The object is surrounded by vineyard. It makes unique atmosphere. You can taste and buy bio wine and another bio product.

A very nice apartment in a prime location. Everything looked and felt new or at least well maintained. The apartment was warm when we arrived (it was a cold January), the kitchen has all the basic things you need and the bed was fantastic.

I visited Casa Babbuino mid July, my first three impressions where immediately positive: 1. I arrived during the night … it was very easy to get a self check in with super fast and nice communication 2. Like 5 min / 350m away from the hotel is a public parking space for 5,- a day … there was always a lot of spaces available. Next to this in the streets it might be even possible to park for free .. I am not 100% sure of that 3. When I arrived at the hotel (the entrance is not so easy to find, because there is no big name in it .. but is this beautiful green door ..) the lobby was already to tasteful arranged .. the next I noticed was the absolutely gorgeous garden … then I entered my room and it was really big, the furniture was classy and new .. large bathroom… From the hotel to the start of the “old town” it’s like 10-15 min walk .. just one street easy to find. A supermarket is like 200 m away and some restaurants are around the corner. Over all the area is very quiet. With the easy parking options it’s a good starting point to visit locations around Verona .. like lake Garda is a 30 min drive. Thanks for the nice visited and especially the gin tonic at the end.     What a gem .We stay in many places and this ticked all our boxes.Nice friendly welcome from the owner and an easy check -in.Parking was in a locked area next to the property.The room was very clean and comfortable.The bed was comfortable,In fact the whole place appeared to be new.The breakfast was excellent with a good selection.The room was quite and dary for sleeping.A good selection of excellent restuarants close by.Perfect

    We spent 2 nights here, Host welcomed us and gave us some advices, where to park and what to visit in Verona and Venice. Parking and WiFi are free, Breakfest was great, bed comfortable and AC came in handy, since it was over 30 degrees!
