Starting with our host Mauro who went above and beyond with any question we had and offered exceptional recommendations for any needs we inquired about such as places to visit, restaurants and beaches. The housekeeping staff Angela was friendly and did an amazing job with the room cleanliness and the breakfast. Her grilled vegetables were delicious prepared with love and local ingredients. The grounds keeper Antonio keep the grounds immaculate including the pool area and landscaping. We cannot wait to return and share this little of paradise with friends and family.

Very difficult to find the place as not possible to type house number 508/A into GPS. Number 508 was on a different street. Telephone number on booking.com is not working, so we even couldn't contact host. Were waiting too long till somebody arrived and let us in.

This apartment is absolutely special! Very thoughtfully designed, with a well-considered layout of the rooms. Super-clean, the smell when you entered the apartment - oh gosh, beautiful!! You have everything you need to have a pleasent stay, not mentioning the proximity of the Old Town. The owner is really helpful, she shared with us some recommendations re restaurants and always replies within seconds. Highly recommend! We loved it.

The owners were such friendly people first of all! And their dog the sweetest. The accomodation was clean and contained everything we needed. The bicycles provided were well equipped (lights, good breaks, gears, they even installed a phone holder for us) and very convenient to reach the city center (although not all roads were cyclist-friendly but that’s Italy).

We had one night in this paradise and felt so recharged afterwards that we wished we could stay forever! The whole experience was exceptional, from the wonderful hostess Raffaella to the stunning landscape and refreshing pool amongst the olive trees - all only 10 mins from Monopoli. The breakfast was amazing, as were the complementary homemade limoncello and almond cookies of an evening! Everything had a refined touch that was a first for us in accommodation in Italy - lovely linens and soaps, beautiful crockery and glasswear and comfort to be found in so many cosy nooks. Highly recommend for a serene and rejuvenating stay in the hills!
