We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment offers a gorgeous view of the old town and breathtaking surrounding landscapes—truly a picture-perfect setting. Rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Morning provided us with an astonishing breakfast spread, full of fresh, delicious options. I had an amazing stay at Hassan's apartment! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers spacious rooms and a spotless bathroom with provided shower gel and shampoo. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Hassan's warm welcome and hospitality, including thoughtful touches like fresh water in the fridge as well as tea and coffee, make this place truly exceptional. I highly recommend Hassan's apartment for a very comfortable stay.

Our stay in Rousan House was beyond our expectations. During our stay, Mr Sadam treated us like family more than tourists, in which he used to quickly respond to any of our questions or needs. Rousan House would give you that comfortable vibes as your own home would. Despite the fact that Mr Sadam offered this house for renting, the money was his last concern as a traditional noble man that he is. Additionally, Mr Sadam's wife made the most delicious meals for us with THE best price all over Umm Qayis. We highly recommend this House whether for a trip or working.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. We were so lucky to get a new apartment; at least it looks new. The host was waiting for us when we arrived a little late—a lovely host and apartment. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes by car to the Umm Qais visit center.

We had the privilege the stay in this lovely guest house - perfectly located in a tranquil area, within walking distance from the Gadara sight. It is a well-equiped, nicely decorated, charming small house with a beautiful garden overlooking the village and the hills around. The breakfast was also delicious. But no experience in Umm Qais is complete without Ahmad's highly professional guidance - he is well-known to be the best guide in the area, and there is a reason for his reputation. In a very reasonable arrangement, we have not only managed to learn the formal history of the area but also gained insights from someone who actually used to live in the site and later also participated in the preservation efforts. Our stay and the short morning tour with Ahmad in the site was truly a highlight of our entire trip in Jordan.

The house is excellent, and was absolutely what we were hoping for. Abdula is an excellent host and on hand for anything you may need or to answer questions. His breakfast was simply amazing and brought to the door. The bed was comfy the living area and outdoors was ideal the garden was a relaxing and beautiful place to watch the sunset. I wish now we had booked another night as there is so much to do in the area. I would stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    - great location close to the visitor's parking where you enter the ruins of old Gadara city - very clean and proper - delicious home made breakfast (including eggs from their own hens) - beautiful view towards the south from the balcony Overall, the place exceeded our expectations (the pictures do not give it full justice)

    The apartment was spotless and full of everything that you might need. We stayed one night so we didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They live in the same house upstairs. We had a car so everything was accessible but I believe supermarkets and bakeries are also within walking distance, and they’re is a parking place
