The hotel can be considered exemplary in all fields: tastefully decorated, high quality materials used in every part of the building, maintained with extreme care. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was ideal for Madaba; bang in the centre of town but very quiet. Interior was lovely: clean and comfortable. I was not expecting this luxury. Bar was a bonus. Very happy!

We spend one night in the Black Iris II and we couldn't make a better choice. The staff was always very welcoming and smiling. The room so nice with attention to details like all around the hotel which is totally new. They took care of us in every little thing we asked for...this is what hospitality is about....we would definitely recommend to book this hotel...thank you so much to all of you.
