The host was very kind and helpful. She greeted us warmly and her English is good. We had to use Google translate to explain more details when we were talking about all sorts of topics. It felt more like an air BnB than a hotel. The surrounding area was quiet and cozy. It feels like home away from home.

Overall, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. The check in was swift, room was roomy with many nice amenities, the entire facility was spotless, and the hot spring with a great view was simply superb! They also have a variety of souvenir shops, 4 restaurants and one coffee shot which we enjoyed taking local foods. The hotel was very close to the station for an easy access. Wish we have a few more nights to enjoy. Nonetheless, this all happened by the serious effort from the entire staffs who take credit for our awesome stay. For a traveler carrying a large suitcase, the room was big enough lay it down and open. Despite the fact that the hotel was located right next to the train track, the room was very quiet and the firm bed was excellent to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much once again for all staffs to make our stay as comfortable as it get.
