From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. A beautiful and calm oasis to escape from Nairobi’s craziness in a safe neighborhood. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Antonina and Wilson took best care of us and left us with no wish unfulfilled. We even got a free room upgrade just to make us feel more at home. We ate there for lunch two times and it also very good !

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Amazing breakfast cooked to order and excellent Kenyan coffee. Set up tables in garden with beautiful setting. Staff so welcoming and could not do enough for you to enjoy your stay.     The Boma Hotel Nairobi had an excellent breakfast. The choice is great, the room looks inside a nice private garden with a fountain. We had a bathtub and additionally a separate shower.     Great location in the leafy urban area of Karen. Close to the giraffe centre and a mall for shopping and food. We hired a car to get around so these places were close by. Free wifi in the rooms, and dining area. Safe area, space for car parking, and lovely outdoor area to relax in. Staff were friendly, lovely! Breakfast was great too.
