That is a nice cozy place surrounded by banana trees, very calm, we slept well! The room was very clean with air conditioner, fridge and white bed linen. Excellent bathroom with good hot water pressure that is not common for Shri-Lanka. Service was brilliant, special thanks to manager Andrew who was very attentive and solved all our questions for example when we needed additional adapter he found it immediately. The tasty hearty breakfast was included into the price as well as visiting a swimming pool in the hotel nearby. The great bonus was that you could also watch the elephants’ bathing in the river. A couple who cared for the facilities prepared the most tasty rice and curry we tried in Shri-Lanka and treated us with bananas from their garden. We enjoyed our staying in this place very much! I highly recommend this place if you are going to visit Pinnawala!

Had an amazing one-night stay.The room was clean,cozy and well furnished with a big TV.Washroom was spotless with good water pressure.Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.The meal provided was fresh and tasty.Staff were friendly and helpful.Quiet location,safe environment. Rosyth Estate is a wonderful little hotel in the middle of nowhere. The team was extremely welcoming and did go above and beyond, even though we only stayed there for one night. Special kudos to the best chicken curry we had ever!
