We had the best say with Hassan, and leaving felt like saying goodbye to family. His help and recommendations were amazing and the breakfast was soooo good that we still talk about it. If/when we return, we’ll definitely stay here again.

This was probably the stay we enjoyed most while travelling through Morocco. It is located in a very quiet and calm kasbah where you can properly relax. The building itself is lovely. Not only is it wonderfully decorated but it also offers a really comfortable Berber-style saloon where you can lie down and relax during the day. The room and the bathroom have everything you need and are perfectly clean. The beds are a bit harder than most of us are used to, but we slept really well on them. As others have mentioned already, this place lives off the hospitality offered by Mohamad and his wife. He is always around if you need anything and will show you the way to the places you intend to go. The food was excellent, and prepared with so much love that during our stay we ate all our meals there, enjoying it on the beautiful terraces. We cannot recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing 2 night stay at this place. Honestly, it was quite unexpected. The Marzouk family was extremely hospitable and tried to do everything to make the stay convenient, comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended. Added benefits are location and in-house restaurant serving really good meals.

Host brought our heavy luggage in from the street, up to our room. The building is not on a main road but set back a few yards with other establishments. He arranged for us to eat our delicious supper alone in a meeting room instead of in the more crowded restaurant hall. Good, unexceptional breakfast. Host found us a guide for walking near the gorge and river.

    Very beautiful place in a small Medina at the start (or end) of the hiking Todra loup (10 km's through extremely beautiful mountains). The rooms are nice. The restaurant is good. The hotel is very easy to find (many signs) and the parking place is in front of the small medina. The parking place is close to the hotel.

    Very friendly owner that speaks good english Delicious breakfast (egg, bread, tea, juice, yoghurt etc) Restaurant for lunch/dinner available with good food Close parking possibilities on the riverbank (200m walk) Hot shower and wifi speed was also not too bad Start/end of the hiking trail (3h) up to several viewpoints of the gorge

    Comfortable room well located near the entrance to the gorge. Very helpful and friendly manager. Good breakfast. Secure parking for our bicycles. Beautiful roof deck with view of the gorge.

    This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We booked it for the unique cave bedroom experience, but found so much more! The hotel had free, nearby parking. The cave room is very cool and many other rooms seemed equally unique from the outside. The dinner at the hotel was definitely the best tagine we had in our 12 day trip to Morocco! They provided wine and a very delicious dinner alongside the tagine. The Todra Gorge area is truly beautiful and the hotel is close to many hikes and sights in the gorge!
