Very modern, cool design, a lot of different things to do. The Spa is GREAT, must get a massage during your stay. The beach area is wonderful, so relaxing. Staff is great, service is TOP, rooms are wonderful, beautiful ocean view, terrace, double shower, etc. Incredible!

The location and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi with a view are beautiful. The decor of the place is outstanding and the food is great!

It’s unique, colorful and authentic to San Jose del Cabo town. Location is fantastic, right in the center of old town. Food, dining and bar were great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the private patio with hammock was lovely.

The service was great! The American host was very attentive to every need we had and super friendly. We didn't have to ask for anything because everything was provided for and extremely well kept! The room, shared kitchen, and facilities were lovely. Spotless, tasteful and functional. The building is like a private oasis. Beautiful lighting at night, rooftop lounging, and eating with a view of the ocean. There is great wifi and internet, as well as smart TV where we could wedge for a moment and watch our favorite shows. The pool was clean and comfortable with shady and sunny areas, comfortable lounge chairs, close by restrooms and showers, and surrounded by the most beautiful plants. We appreciated the water bottles when we were personally welcomed by our host, and the spacious rooms with great AC, fridge with freezer compartment, comfortable mattresses, private balcony, and a shower and toilet that actually works well, which we don't take for granted after travelling through Mexico and staying in various Airbnb's! There is even a bathroom vent!! I also loved the tight seal of the room doors to keep ants and critters out. We loved the many different nooks and corners for seating outside and various entertainment for the family such as dart board, puzzles, books and travel guides, music. I think this place would be super fun to rent out for a family reunion. The night was quiet, and we felt very safe due to the secure gate and camera of the entrance and the outside area where we parked our rental car. At first sight, we were a little concerned with the location because there was a short dirt road leading to it and there was a lot of new construction around it. But once we realized that it was quiet and that the facility had a mini resort vibe, we didn't mind at all.

I booked this place for one night for a layover before my flight. It is very close to the airport, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff respond immediately to any issues.

We stayed in room 209- a three bedroom condo and it was absolutely gorgeous. You could tell that everything was very new and esthetically beautiful. The beds/ pillows were super comfortable, ac worked great and the towels were large fluffy and soft. The waterfall shower in the master bath was amazing! And I’m never seen such a large TV in my life!! The building facilities were great too- my two boys (19 & 22) loved the gym that seemed to have everything you’d ever want and we had a fun family pool tournament in the game room. The infinity rooftop pool is a vibe too and a perfect perch for sunsets. I also loved that the apartment was across the park to a huge high end grocery where we bought stuff for a homemade dinner/breakfast etc. the balcony is ample and fits an 8 person table. The kitchen in the apartment was well stocked. (Although note that we had to use an adapter (that we brought) for their coffee pot). Public access to the beach was about 2 blocks from hotel and super easy to uber around. We took Ubers to the town of San Jose (about 8 min ride) and to Palmilla Beach. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded quickly to our questions/requests. Internet worked great in the condo too!
