Very lovely and beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. In the morning we were greeted by houwler monkeys that were chilling in the trees next to the house. Teresa was super sweet with our little son and shared a lot with us about her own family history and Nicaragua. Playa Mangos and El Peru in walking distance. Highly recommended, you wont regret it!

It’s a very peaceful place. Nice view and patio for working or relaxing with laptop or a book. Private access to a tranquil but small beach facing West. The dorm room is clean and well organized with 10 beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there are mango trees producing fruit ;)

Everything was perfect! The loveliest hosts, Maykell and his family, and Joe, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maykell was able to organise motorbike hire, tours, taxis, and anything else we needed. The restaurant food was delicious and so fresh, we ate there many times, and each meal was perfect. The property is stunning, well located, and right in the jungle. The views are superb and we watched monkeys play all morning from our porch. We were lucky enough to try both the quadruple and double rooms, (due to a free upgrade for a few nights) and both were exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with great outdoor space and views. The wifi worked well during our whole stay. And it was very affordable! Definitely book to stay here for your time on Ometepe!!

Amazing place. Beautiful dorm (private fan and mosquito net) with real beds. Clean showers and bathrooms next to the dorm. Remote location but you only hear the sounds of the nature (howler monkeys!). Lovely staff and cute dogs. I had been travelling for 7 months and staying in Finca Mystica was so good for me. Also they have a yoga shala where the dogs come with you.
