I loved staying here! Was my favourite hotel in whole trip. The staff are super attentive, professional and helpful. They stored my bag while i was trekking which was great. The location is great 5min walk to main street of shops, i felt really safe walking around in the late evening too surprisingly. The restaurant has good food and the ambienance of the garden is so tranquil with a water feature, fairy lights etc. The pool was heated was a great swim, and the spa was sooo nice (10% off in booking) such a bonus to relax before and after trekking.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I even enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

We had very comfortable and relaxed stay at the hotel for one night before, and two nights after our Himalaya trekking. The hotel has very nice facilities, beautiful lobby, courtyard, pool; large, clean, and comfortable room, very good breakfast. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Vibash, because we would not be able to do the trekking as we planned without his help. When our arriving flight was delayed, Mr. Vibash personally went out his way, not only helped to pick us up from the airport, but also helped to secure all things required for trekking right after we arrived the hotel before time ran out.

Everything. Mr. Madhab always ask if everything was okay and if i slept comfortably and the answer was always yes! Bed was comfortable and big for 1 person. I have a balcony and a private bathroom. The hotel proce was very affordable. I definitely would love to stay again. The wifi was good enough for my work as well. Didnt have any issue. Probably with videocalls it will be a little slow. Very hospitable hosts and hotel owners. Thank you very much!

This time I come to Nepal is just for my nephew. He finished his middle school education, so I took him to Nepal for a trip. We lived in this hotel for 3 nights and when we came to Kathmandu from Pokhara, we still lived in this hotel. Very good service, nice location, nice breakfast and every time I need help, they helped me to solve the problems. I strongly recommend this hotel.

    Finally I am back Again in this hotel.The hotel staff always makes me feel like a family of them.If you need a good hotel with different amenities like Hot Water (24 Hr),Tea Coffee maker in room,A/c and Heater, Delicious breakfast,Shower,Fast wifi,Free Big Parking space in Lakeside parking space is very difficult to find with hotel.The hotel has garden as well were you can have your breakfast,Dinner etc.They provide us vehicle for Pokhara Seight seeing as well.I back again with my family so they arranged everything.Highly recommended!

    I have visited Pokhara after 5 years and In this hotel this is my first stay.The hotel is newly constructed which has big garden,free parking and delicious breakfast.Even though I have booked room only Mr.Suraj Sapkota the owner provide me with complementary breakfast and they have vehicle services as well they have pickup services from Airport to Hotel at reasonable price.I Highly recommend this hotel to stay😊
