Fabulous spacious unit with brilliant facilities. The location is idyllic set in beautiful gardens. Good road links to Rotorua, Taupo etc only 20 min drive to Hobbiton. The breakfast provided with Julie was amazing. Communication with her was very fast and efficient. Recommended +++++

What a fantastic surprise this stay ended up being. We booked it during our travels for a quick place to stop at after visiting Hobbiton and on our way to Auckland without expecting much. However, the old world charm, the excellently maintained hot springs, and the delicious dinner were all great surprises.

The place was so... WOW. I mean it. In fact this has been the BEST B&B I've ever stayed at!! The place was really clean, tidy and smell great! The place was so nicely decorated and the host even made us a loaf of hot bread to kick start our day and I must say it was so nice!!! I would want to stay there again any time!!! Oh forgot to mention the back year view. I simply love it!!! Once agian. This is really the best Air B&B I've stayed!!!!
