I loved everything about the hotel . All the staff from reception to the house keeping working in this hotel have great customer service. Mr.martin in the reception made our chekin very smooth fast and he even helped upgarde my room.

Overall our stay at the hotel was excellent and so relaxing. We enjoyed using the fitness and indoor swimming pool area. The breakfast is beyond amazing, extra points for Talal who cheers you up and guides you through the stations, letting me bake my own beans, thanks! The room is also very comfortable.

Great place, very kind staff & great service !!! We requested a quiet room & we stayed on 4th floor with lift. Close to bus stop and 10 min drive to Muttrah which is very handy if you wish to spend the evening there. Ruwi bus station offering numerous connections also 5 min away by bus.
