We really loved that their guest relations went out of their way to make my son’s birthday extra special. We also appreciate how the receptionist greeted our boy when we passed by them to go for our dinner. Staffs were accomodating and welcoming.

Ima small business owner and I know good customer service when I see one and them they were amazing smile on their faces at all time from door man Julia’s and other guy I forgot his name he is tall they super friendly and other staff the same I love them infact I miss them already it was like a home atmosphere. Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.
