The host provided detailed steps on how to get into the apartment. It was easy to follow them. We arrived late in the evening and it was a quick check in. The apartment has everything required to acomodate a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The extended sofa is comfortable and big enough for us the adults as the kids took the bedroom.
