We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The service we received was absolutely impeccable and of such a high standard. The genuine hospitality we received from all the staff right up to the owners warmed our heart. The food was delicious the spa treatment was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The owners and management had gone out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it.
