    Room was clean and neat. Very good room. Loved the window seat. Coffee, juice, water available all the time. Location we really liked. Grocery store, fast food all in same parking lot. Easy to get from hotel, which was in Cherokee, to train ride, which was in Bryson City. Even the continental breakfast had a very nice variety. All the staff we met were especially welcoming. Loved the Halloween and fall decorations.

    there was nothing missing in the room, it was quite spacious, clean and pleasant, the bathroom was very nice and clean with a set of towels and cosmetics, wifi worked without any problems, a huge and safe parking lot under the hotel, very nice staff, you can eat a small free breakfast in the morning

    Upon arrival I was smacked in the face with the beautiful aroma of fabuloso!!!!!!! Check in was so rude. The guy called and asked how close we were to the place. I told him we were sitting in the parking lot on the phone with some important issues my fiancé and we’re dealing with. He proceeded to say, “ welll could you hurry up”? I didn’t give him another thought. I told him we had one hour left. It was only 9:01pm. Rude dude

    Room was very clean and convenient to parking lot. Front Desk is located in another building, separate from guest rooms. Sadly for the hotel, occupancy was very low (25%) which made it very quiet, but that was nice for older guests. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
