Parking was in the rear, as I passed by, people were in and the parking lot was almost full. It was around 5 pm. When i went to the door, it was locked and all the shades had been pulled down. Since this has happen to me 3 times before, I knew what was happening. It happen to me the first time in Center ,Texas , my home town 1974. People were trying to stop immigration. Lights on outside all night and blackout curtains let light in on the sides. It wa as challenging to switch rooms . I had immediately asked to move at checkin but they wouldn't accommodate until next day. Room was spacious but rooms on first floor are not private enough.
