What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

Well thought through. Has everything you need. Even a filter on the shower head. Particularly apreciated having lots of space, the water machine, and having a washing machine. The staff were really nice and it was super clean. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful setting - sometimes big resorts or hotels can feel impersonal but this one was the opposite. All the staff were lovely and very helpful with the mountain of questions I had to ask. The spa is amazing - I basically had it to myself when I went and I had an amazing treatment. The location is perfect and they will take you anywhere around in the buggies. Perfectly placed to go up the mountain. The food was delicious and room service to late into the night.
